ART EXHIBITION

On Easter Saturday, Local Artist Teila Smith exhibited her etchings entitled “Watson’s Bay”.

This body of work encapsulates her love for landscape art. It mimics the simplicity of black and white photography whilst adding bold contrasts and moody atmospheres through expressive and almost underexposed compositions.

Etchings are still available for sale.

Empowerment Nights are held first Friday of every month @ 7pm.

Every Tuesday Night at 7pm

Mr Brett Box lead our first meditation night on Meditation and Acceptance in Daily Life.

Brett taught us techniques from the Shambhala teachings to bring meditation into every day life. By applying these techniques, we can all interact in a balanced, peaceful, calm state.

Each week different techniques are brought into the meditation giving everyone skills they can apply every day.
