Yoga

Kundalini yoga


The yoga of awareness, is a spiritual practise that works on the glandular system (the guardians of health) and the nervous system. It increases vitality, sharpens awareness, releases stress, clears the mind, improves mental concentration and clears impurities on a soul level. This ancient yoga includes breathing exercises, chanting mantras, yoga postures, meditation and deep relaxation.


It can be experienced by anyone of any age and on all levels of fitness or physical ability.
